The room had a secure entry. I also had good contact with the OYO team before my stay.

The hotel didn't have a reception. There wasn't anyone available to talk to when I needed assistance. I contacted them about breakfast weeks before I arrived. I was told breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast room.
